Throughout my time in office, I have been fortunate enough to work with thousands of Tennesseans who want what’s best for our state and our citizens, on issues ranging from public safety to seniors’ rights. I am honored to have been formally endorsed by the National Rifle Association, National Federation of Independent Business, the Tennessee Professional Fire Fighters Association, the Tennessee State Employees Association and the Tennessee Education Association. Together, these groups represent the interests of thousands of small business owners and more than 100,000 public servants dedicated to educating our children, keeping them safe, and ensuring that Tennessee remains a great place to raise a family.
The greatest endorsement: yours
But when it comes down to it, the endorsement I’m proudest of is the one you have given me. I cannot count the number of times that your support — whether it be a phone call, a letter, or a kind word at church — has reminded me that serving you is both a great privilege and a great responsibility. Every time I go to the Capitol, I know that I arrive with one purpose: to make sure your voice is heard in the state Senate. Thank you for your continued support as we work to make an already great West Tennessee even better for our children.
